Once orders are approved they will be filled and you will receive a confirmation for pick up at Dubak Corporate Headquarters in La Grange, IL.
If you are not local, your order will be shipped to the shipping address information provided at check out.
Each employee must place their own order under their name, multiple orders under one name will be cancelled and asked to be replaced per employee name.
